Subscription & Renewal Policy

Subscription term

The annual subscription term is 12 months from the payment date unless the package says otherwise.

What it includes

Hosting, technical support and updates as stated in the package you bought.

Renewal

We send you a reminder with a renewal link before the subscription ends. It renews by paying the current package fee or the announced prices.

Expiry and grace period

If the subscription expires without renewal, the site may be suspended after a grace period we notify you about, and your data is kept for a limited time during which you can renew and recover everything.

Upgrades

You can move to a higher package any time, settling the difference for the remaining term.

Cancellation

You can choose not to renew any time before the renewal date. The Refund Policy applies to the current term.
